Frequently asked questions
Should I get rid of stuff before or after I move?
Either works. Clearing things out before you pack means fewer boxes and a lighter move. After you move in, we can take the leftovers, old furniture, and packing material you don't need.
Can you take my stuff before I hand over the keys?
Yes. Book a time before your move-out date and we'll clear out everything you're leaving behind so the place is empty when you go.
Do I need to bring things to the curb?
No. We pick items up from wherever they are, whether that's an upstairs bedroom, the garage, or the backyard. You don't lift a thing.
Will you take moving boxes and packing material?
Yes. Boxes, bubble wrap, and other packing leftovers can all go with the rest of your items.
How much does it cost?
Your price is based on how much space your items take up in our dump trailer. We give you one all-inclusive price on site before we start. There's no obligation, so if you don't like the price, you don't pay a thing.
What times are available?
We have 2-hour arrival windows from 6 AM to 12 AM, plus overnight pickups from 12 to 6 AM. We call 15–30 minutes before we arrive.
